Basic target of our human resources policy is to provide human resource proper to the works; perform scheduled and constant training to improve skills and qualifications of such source; orientate human resources to work in motivation and thus make our organization a firm that creates difference in the sector in order to achieve our targets. Our policy is essentially based on share of information.

Executive officers in any levels are liable to improve their staff personnel. In order that all duties in the organization are performed in the best way, each job is clearly and exactly defined; the qualifications that the personnel to take such office should have are determined. Executive officers of each level are required to create a working atmosphere basing on affection and respect among personnel in their department in line with mission of the group. For group executives, ability to create such atmosphere is one of the most important qualifications he/she should have.

It is our fundamental principle to fill up any vacant place in the group with our internal and trained personnel. Internal personnel in the group that have equal conditions with outside candidates are preferred. In line with their education, knowledge, experience and skills, the personnel take advantage from monetary and non-monetary facilities of our group in accordance with just and objective criteria.
